A friend of mine, Geoff, went to SDCC and picked me up some amazing exclusives and he offered them to me at a great price. The Comic Book Legal Defence Fund is now selling the exclusives I was looking for, AND for a VERY reasonable price.
Quantam and Woody #1 – CBLDF price $10 Ebay $25 – 35
Adventure Time CBLDF Variant – CBLDF price $10 ebay $30 – 40 +
Low print run mixed with up and coming writer.
Seems like a good book to grab.
Print run of under 3500 as stated by Bleedingcool.
Cross-over material for non comic book people.
Its about Sherlock Homes in the ghetto.
Already sold out at diamond and has great potential to be the next Peter Panzerfaust.
Here are two titles being looked over by Hollywood – books seem to already be going up in price
2. Todd the ugliest Kid
This book was a great read. I loved it. There have been two sales on ebay for $12.99 + shipping and only one seller listing them.
Considering this is a one shot by Paul Pope, who has a GN being launched in October / November – This should be a no brainer. Well, a no brainer if you’re ok (after ebay fees, gas, cost of book) with making $2-3 profit a book.
Already selling for a dollar above cover on ebay.
This book looks like it has potential.
Marc Silvestri told me at the Niagara Falls Comic Con that Think Tank was going to be a TV Show and it was recently announced.
#1s are doing stupid things. SDCC (or 1:10) Variant is going for anywhere from $150 – $200 – and thats RAW NOT CGCED
Regular #1s are also pretty up there, as are second prints.
Think Tank is a good series to be picking up. but only issue #1.
